It was with great sadness that we learned in May 2025 of the passing of our friend, colleague, and tireless campaigner on legalisation of medical cannabis, Hannah Deacon.

Hannah was a former Secretary of our CLP. There have been many tributes, including Last Word (BBC Sounds), and articles at BBC, BBC Cov & Warks, the CIC, the CTA, from friends and family and many more.

There were heartfelt tributes to Hannah at recent Branch and CLP meetings, and we remembered her fondly at our Summer gathering this month.
